Our Top Shop team found Showcase Honda to be an exceptional dealership. It was established 26 years ago and is currently being headed by Darren Gaines. This shop has 30 skilled technicians, leading the way is Bedros Touresian. He is the top technician in the shop, with 18 years of experience all of which was gained at Showcase Honda, and holds a Honda Master Technician Certification. All the Technicians receive continual online and workshop training directly from Honda. Most of the employees have ASE certifications and many have with Showcase for over 10 years. They offer an A+ facility which is open Saturdays and Sundays for your convenience and also offers Shuttle service, rental cars, loaner cars, free WiFi and Early Bird/After Hours drop off.

There was a recall on my vehicle that they knew about that they forgot to check for while I was there. I got home and that's when I got a message on my answering machine from Honda telling me about the recall. I called them and they knew about it, but they had forgotten to check for it. They wanted me to bring the vehicle back in. I have already brought my vehicle back in several times for things that they were supposed to do that they didn't do and it just seems to be a chronic problem at this location. I have had 3 out of 4 of my oil changes with them. At no time did they recommend or rotate my tires and in a years time, my tires needed to be replaced on the front of my vehicle. They are 60000 mile tires and I only had 22000 miles on the vehicle, so I had to pay for one of the tires. If they would have done their jobs properly, my tires would have been rotated as recommended which is every other oil change.

I have done business with dealerships over a number of years and I have pretty much found them be inconsistent and in this particular case, I have been quite pleased with the way they handled the original reason I attempted the dealership but we had a situation last year ago, where they had to recover from an error they made and I thought they made an excellent situation doing that, I'm very pleased.

Over all the years, we've bought three cars from them. They have never been pushy, they do excellent work, they explain everything, and I'm really satisfied with them. I have dealt with buying vehicles a long time. They have the best shop, they have coffee and donuts for the people that wait. Everyone there I talked to has been really professional. I give them real high scores, but they deserve it. They have the most professional shop.

I use Tom for all my service needs and Phil, he is very professional, honest, and upfront. And I take both mine and wife cars to Tom for all of my service needs, I have been very satisfied. I refer her and everybody back in and will continue to do so. I just say that in addition, Tom is hard to find, it's hard to find somebody that you can trust in the business and it's nice to finally find someone you can have confidence in.

The last time we went, I had to bring both of my kids with me and I know that they had a kid area but nothing was working. They had video games that weren't working and there were no toys, the only thing they had in there was a TV. Toys and working facilities would have been nice. And I have been in the week before, it took a low tire pressure and I wish that when I got in to the lower tire pressure that they had done a quick check because I had to come in the next week because my battery died but it would have been nice not to be in the same week.

The issue was the car belongs to my daughter who had moved out. She was out of town on a trip and let her sister drive it, but her sister got into an accident and scraped up the side of the car. We took the car in to Honda on Thursday night and they told us that it would take 4-5 days to repair. After explaining that my daughter would be back from her trip on Sunday and that we wanted to get the car fixed before she got home, the man we spoke with talked to his manager and they told me that they would get the job done by the end of the day on Friday and they sure did! They also detailed it for us. They helped us avoid the wrath of the older sister! In that way, you could say that Honda was a part of family togetherness and family values. I am just very grateful they did such good work. I am a very honest Christian woman and I feel like, in this case, Honda was a partner with God.
