Is it only after having your car serviced you Prius engine sounds loud? It really only can be intake air or exhaust you can be hearing. I hope the air filter was not installed correctly and the noise you hear is air induction. Go back to the garage that sericed your car and ask them to go listen to the noise or go for a drive with you in the car so you can demonstrate the noise to them. It may be something really simple!
