2001 Chevrolet Impala Question: should i replace my torque converter after replacing my solenoids

I replaced my soleniod on my chevy impala 2001 ls and then check engine light went off and yet the problems still occurs?

    More info. needed. What was the code number? What is the problem?

    the code that came up was P0743> i then replaced tcc solenoid @the soleniod control. after replacing it I drove it and after driving for a little while it jerked and made whinning sound. Now I am replacing the torque converter

    these transmisssions are good to approx 100k miles. i suggest you get a free diag and est from aamco

    I agree with you about the time it should hold up. I replaced the solenoids and the ck engine light went out. then I started driving again and the jerking slight started back up. So now I am changing to torque converter because when I originally got the car it was check out and the trans and engine where in good conditions. it only 83k miles and it a 2001 impala ls.
