2002 Honda Accord Question: Should I just replace the engine?

2002 Honda Accord EX oil leaked into the radiator causing car to overheat had the head gasket rebuilt twice same problem keeps occurring. Now mechanic recommends replacing the engine. -

oil in the rad comes from a cracked block, not a head gasket. yes, i reccomend replacing the engine as well. Roy -
