Just because you ask for a new car, doesn't mean they have to give you one. you will need to check with your state's "lemon laws". if your state does have a Lemon Law, you will need to find out what must first transpire before you are eligible for a vehicle "buy back".

Thats the unfortunate part about buying a new car like that. When its so new, the engineers have not had a chance to uncover what sort of problems may arise with a new system and you (the customer) essentially become part of the Research & Development!

Check into your states "lemon law" and give them a chance to rectify the problem.

Perfect cars DON"T exist. this may be the only glitch you have with the car for years....BUT you can demand a new one that was built on a monday morning with the entire factory hung-over and in a bad mood and get a worse car. Hope when you got it back you could relax and enjoy it for a little while!
