2000 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 Q&A
2000 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 Question: shocks
does shocks need replacing after 11 years - Visitor
I don't think there is a specific time for shocks to be replaced. Some may still be fine, even after 11 years. Others may fail at a lower interval. Some of the signs of a worn shock absorber would be fluid leakage, excessive bouncing on bumps and noise coming from the shock absorber. - louis1953
