    Repair shop is now called Shippan Auto Repair The owner is Tony Cardillo. He is a fair, honest and knowledgeable mechanic. we were driving from DC to MA on Sunday night when our 330xi had problems. we stayed over in Stamford and brought the car to Tony's shop at 9 AM Monday. Within an hour, he had the engine scanned and Tony had road tested the car himself. There was no serious problem and we were able to dive back to MA. A normal 1 hr. service charge is usually between $100 and $150. Tony charged us $40 and told us to have a safe trip home, which we did.
