Brake light switch is probably not working, or the wiring is melted or damaged at the switch. Check there. Probably have no brake lights either...

More than likely the BOO (brake on/off) switch located on the brake pedal, or it's connector is the problem. Check to see if the brake lights are working. If not, you can disconnect the BOO switch and jump the wires together. If the brake lights come on then, it should shift out of park.
