Most defective shift solenoids are not too hard to replace, but test the solenoid and the wiring to make sure that is all it is.

How do I test the shift solenoid E for my 1996 camry LE 4cyl 2.2L? I have code P0773 keeps coming up. I will need help locating the solenoid and most likely need help with explanation of a wiring diagram.

--This is something I am equipped for and I feel confident I can do with proper instructions... on my skills with wiring diagrams are relatively weak! Thank YOU!!!
