2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Question: shift kit

l put new clutches ,steels orings,seals and shift in a caravan 2002 3.3 v6 41te trans shifts fair cold when warme up it slips I think the shift kit is the problem whats your opinion

    NOT a trans pro. , but if it happens after warmed up , I would suspect valve body leak/warped. Did you use a torque wrench(inch/lbs.) when tightening?.........that's my opinion only...good luck.

    I snug the bolts by hand maybe that's why the fluid level is low when not running the level is over full while running cant get accurate check I will torque the bolts tomorrow thanx

    Fluid level is only checked properly ONE way. Should say on dipstick.....probably check hot in park or neutral with engine running (on level ground-very important!). Honda is still the only make I know of , that gets checked when shut off (hot). Also if fluid is over-filled , that will cause problems, More info?

    when engine not running it show over full on the trans stick an show normal on the stick running in my case its overfull running low when not running
