Shifflet Auto Care has been serving the community of Columbus since 1972. Michael Shifflet is the owner and manager, he has over 15 years of automotive industry experience and is ASE Master Certified. We found he has a solid team of two technicians with over 35 years of combined experience, one of whom is also an ASE Master. Everyone regularly attends training to keep pace with the ever advancing automotive technology. They have all the tools and shop equipment we would expect to see in one of our Top Shops and they offer a 24 Month 24,000 Mile warranty. Amenities include a local shuttle service, early bird/after hours drop-off, and free WiFi internet access.

    I've been dealing with them for three of four years probably, and I find them extremely accommodating. They keep a clean shop. Very professional. They will drive you home and call you when your car is ready. I've never had it delivered, but I suspect they would do that.

    They are well above the Mercedes and BMW people, well above anybody. They really mean what they say. I have no problem. I send everybody to them if I can't do it myself. I'm disabled and can't do anything myself. I send some of my own cars there to. I've been building race cars and high performance cars for over 30 years.
