Question: shake in front of car

motor runs fine,when driving car,front end engine erea,car shakes like if a motor mount was broking,will that cause a shake or should I look into te front half shafts,or anything else.

    That can cause shakes, so can axles and so can front end components and tire problems. Does it happen at certain speeds or when shifting, is it auto or manual trans?
