Service engine Soon light Came on the following day After Changing Sparkplugs,engine Idle High

    Check for any vacuum leaks, you may have accidentally disconnected a large vacuum hose or air tube going in to your engine. Also, make sure that all the connectors to anything on the engine are still in place and not accidentally disconnected.

    check to see if you have an air leak into the intake system that you may have caused when you replaced the plugs. Simply replacing the plugs will not cause the engine to run badly or put the light on.
