Service Engine Soon Light on 1997 Saturn SL2

My service engine soon light is on. There are also some times when I turn on my car the lights on the control panel doesn't come on and I can't start the car. How much is this going to cost me?

You are not providing enough information for a repair estimate. Any number of different faults can cause the service engine soon light to come on, all with different repair estimates. I would also suggest that the intermittent no start is another fault completely. Once you have the problems diagnosed by a qualified service technician then check the repair estimate information at
