  On a 20000 E320, you change the oil and oil filter, iar filter and passenger compartment air filter. It is located behind the glove box. The balance of the B service is checking levels, tires, mostly visible inspecitons. This should be the same on a 2002. You can look in your cars service record. What is done is in this record.
