Not really. I believe you have to remove the power steering belt first, before you remove the primary drive belt.
You have to note the routing especially if there's no diagram under the hood. Using an appropriate tool, release the belt tension and replace the belt. Be careful, there ways of hurting yourself if you get your fingers in the way.

I've changed many serpentine belts so I know how to relieve the tension. The problem is there does not seem to be enough room to do it. Do I need to raise the vehicle and get under it? Do I need to remove any parts to get to the tension pully? Thank you.
