Sensor voltage on 2001 Chrysler Town & Country

2001 Chrysler T&C, 3.8. Wont start. Scan tool says fault codes for every sensor. Voltage too high or too low. Put voltage meter on several sensors while cranking. Voltage all over the place. Voltage with key on and not cranking 4.9. I unplugged camshaft position sensor and checked voltage while cranking. all sensors show OK. Plug camshaft sensor back in, voltage goes crazy while cranking. Check several times. Voltage good while cam sensor uplugged, goes crazy while plugged in. Replaced Cam Sensor.....SAME PROBLEM!!
