Rookie

I have a2004 Cayenne S. The rear folding seat does not fold down, The center seat belt is stuck where it wont come out. Is this why the seat wont fold down?

Find the bolt that holds center belt down . Remove 12point star bolt , my belt relaesed tension , and my seat went back up.
I had my seat stuck down from seat belt tension , i bought the bet at auto store $4.99 5 sizes . Seat belt functions now , i keep bit in glove box now .

At dealership a man had his 06 in for same issue , he got charged , and had to come back.

I have the same problem. Does anyone know the size of this star bolt bit??? My local auto parts store did not have the correct size.
