2004 Infiniti QX56 Question: Seat belt light flashes wheather car is off or on?

there are sensors in the seat belt retactors and in the seats. that tell the computer when someone is sitting in the seat and if they have the belt buckled. A code reader that only scans the pcm won't pick up these codes it has to be one the can read body control module, and airbag module. then you can repair the broken part.
