1992 Saturn SC Question: seat belt does take a fuse

If the seat belt won't properly latch or will not retract the problem is most likely mechanical and will require replacing the seat belt assembly.

for the automatic seatbelt shoulder strap?
im pretty sure it'd be a blown fuse.
never hurts to check and replace blown fuses anyway.
