The shop focuses on Domestic and Asian vehicles and has the diagnostic equipment and years of experience necessary to quickly and accurately determine the cause of any concerns. In addition, they are a certified Smog Test and Repair Station. Perhaps Doug says it best, "We take great pride in our work and it shows in the results."

Four of them are ASE certified and two have reached ASE Master Technician status. RM Automotive has demonstrated to us they have all the tools and equipment necessary to perform all the tasks we would expect of one of our Top Shops. We have found this shop to be conveniently located in the commercial district of a mostly residential area. They offer a shuttle service and rental cars are available should the need arise. Their comfortable waiting area offers wireless internet access. Hours of operation are 7:30 to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Owner/manager Robert Keirstead has been working on cars since he was just a kid, he began at his family's tow & repair business at the age of 14. We found he now has a team of two technicians by his side, one is a seasoned vet who has over 22 years of experience and a multitude of training. This Top Shop has has supplied these technicians with some of the best automotive tools available, which they use to perform professional repairs on your vehicle. Their amenities include rental cars, early bird/after hours drop-off, and convenient Saturday business hours.

Open since 1970, they are owned by a family with 5 generations in the automotive repair business. We found a group of experienced employees that have for the most part been together for 10+ years. They receive regular training and even host technician training in their shop throughout the year. They have a great assortment of the computer diagnostic equipment we expect of a Top Shop, they offer a nationwide warranty, and they are open on Saturday. Check them out!

We found a group of 6 staff members who have been together for at least the last 14 years as a team, this team combines for over 115 years of industry experience. Of the 6 staff members 5 are currently ASE Certified Technicians and Service Consultants. The Management of this shop has attended some of the industries leading classes on Shop Management. The techncians have taken advanced hybrid training classes as well as other ongoing training.
