As I remember it, Mercedes offers to rotate tires for free the first time they need it--there should be a coupon for it in your owner's manual. If it is truly time for your first A service, that won't be free, but it will include a tire rotation is you need it.

You should be able to find all of this detail in your owner's manual, and that's a better point of reference than is what the dealership may offer you.
