Great customer service...Rick kept me informed every step of the way and had me speak to the tech to address concerns dealing with my car. In the end I needed a alternator replaced in my 2011 Infiniti M56 and was advised replace 2 yr old battery which I did 2 days later now its starting like a new car. You may pay a little more ($95 a man hour) and they use original parts but the work will be done right.

I drove my F350 today after having the front suspension and steering rebuilt after 220,000 miles. It handles and steers like new and some noises have been eliminated. I had not realized how worn it had become. I am extremely pleased with the work performed.

This is the third time that I've had my car in for the same problem. Engine overheating, cooling fan coming on, a brief rough idle at cold start, and two error messages: service stabilitrack, and service traction control. Nothing has yet been fixed.
I was told we can't recreate your problem, but if it is what we think it is the repair is very expensive. I asked for a repair estimate so I could plan on getting the repair done (a/c fixed) and I am still waiting for an estimate. The a/c doesn't work unless it is cold out.
I am still waiting on a quote for another truck it has been two weeks.
We had front ties and a belt replaced.
My car was diagnosed from another shop with a blown head gasket. Re-diagnosed to an engine coolant fan. Saved me over $3000. In addition received a 3yr 3000mi warranty.

Had to bring vehicle back when the same problem came back.
I went in for collision repair on one car and the service was wonderful I was extremely satisfied. I then took another car in for an oil change and left not wanting to return. I was welcomed just fine. was told they would to a check on the car which I never received. And for some reason all I had done was an oil change and my battery was disconnected so I had to reset everything in my car. I have never had a battery disconnected for an oil change. I also felt I was was kinda rushed out when done so, I took it to someone else to look over to make sure everything was alright. I would return for collision and nothing else.

Overall upset with experience. I went in for a break job and I understand that your techs do a walkthrough of the vehicle came back with a estimate that for 1500 dollars when I only requested a brake job. I Didnt ask for anything extra. Received one phone call from the service writter with that price and he stated the price of everything kept trying to push me into getting things done that I didn't want. Continued to talk over me. Upon this phone call he told the rotors were fine so I agreed to just the brakes and a transmission flush which was need and delcined everything else. Not even 5 minutes later received a phone call back that the rotors where bad and I needed new ones. Kind of funny I decline all other work and all of a sudden my rotors were bad when I was told originally they were fine. Car sounds terrible are the job was complete will not return or recommend. I took the vehicle to the dealership and had a warranty item replaced and asked them if they could do a inspection of the vehicle and I pointed out specifically what your tech and service manager reported to me was wrong and wouldnt you know it there wasnt any problem. My brakes and rotors sound terrible even after your tech fixed and cut the rotors.
The entire experience was outstanding; Marcus was really helpful and contacted me with updates on a daily basis. I was expecting a higher repair cost so no complains at all.

Again, they let me down. After I spent $2,300 on my car, they didn't even have the courtesy of making sure my tires had air. My husband had to fill all FOUR tires with air as soon as I got it home. My grandchildren were riding in that car. They could have been hurt.
