Question: Scheduled Maintenance B shows on cluster with 2 codes stating malfuction

 Rookie

I press the menu to the section thatsays press R to reset to factory setting I did that still doesn't correct the proplem what can I do ?

    Resetting to the factory settings will not clear the maintenance or the malfunction. It just resets the options in the instrument cluster such as- day time running lamps on/off, interior light delay, easy entry/exit, ect. If you want to see what the malfunctions are, use the steering wheel buttons to navigate through the display in the instrument cluster. At least one of the two malfunctions is the maintenance due, the other could be (if you are not subscribed to tele-aid) is tele-aid malfunction.
