Scheduled Maintenance on 2009 Toyota Prius

It's time for my 25,000 mile scheduled maintenance and I have gone a bit over the 25,000. It will be about 25,400 when I bring it in. How much damage might I have done in those 400 miles? I am really concerned.

My 2002 Prius is coming up on 100,000 miles. I'm wondering what service is necessary/important at this point? Is there anything I should do before rolling over the 100,000 mile mark?
