I've been a customer of SB Autmotive for a little over 4 years back ever since they were in Paramount. I first came here for a brake job on my Jetta because I was in the area and have been a loyal customer ever since. Prior to coming to SB Auto, I was getting ripped off every where I went. Unlike all the other repair shops I had been to, the managers Sean and Brian were honest from the beginning and never charged me unreasonably. I will admit..when I first came to them for a major repair, like most price conscious consumers, I had compared SB's quote with a couple other shops, and I was happy to find out that SB Auto had given me an reasonable quote so I did not have to starve in order to get my transmission fixed! My only concern is that they sometimes get really busy, so I'd call ahead of time before visiting them.

My Honda Accord was starting to make a noise each time I started the car. Realizing my 93 Accord is no longer the smooth driving vehicle I purchased six years ago, I finally decided to take the car to a shop. SB Automotive diagnosed the issue immediately and gave me an estimate. To ensure that I was not being ripped off, I called around to other auto body repair shops. Realized the quote from SB was very reasonable. The turnaround was quick and paid what I was quoted. Added plus, the employees were very nice.

SB Automotive is very fair and reasonable. Respected auto repair shop on the Paramount community. Their service is always honest and respectful. even when they give me bad news, I always know they are not taking advantage of me and are truthful. rarely, does a private small family run business stay around for the last 8 years!
