  I bought my car (Vue) new in 2006. Little did I know that the people working in the maintenance shop are very prejudice. I am an African/Native American. At the time of purchase, I purchased the maintenance option for the duration of the warranty. The last time that I took my car for servicing, I discovered my lug nuts on two tires loose when I arrived home, which is about 30 miles away. I didn't realize that they hated me so much that they wanted to kill me. I reported this to the dealership but I don't think that anything has been done about it. Today I have attempted to take my car for servicing after 3 previous attempts, because I've paid for this, but I'm very frightened to do so. I was last there in 2007. I've been off island for 1.5yrs, but now I need the service that I've paid for.
