23 years experience in automotive sciences. 12 years experience as an auto repair business owner and 11 years experience as a general manager of automotive repair chains. It is that level of experience that sets us apart from shops that are run by former mechanics with limited business knowledge and below average desire to provide adequate customer service.
I am commited to our customers, that's why you will always find me at the onsite and answering the phone six days a week! I believe that when the "owner is rarely at his business" customer service and quality suffers in this field of business. I personally write the invoices which are highly detailed with legible documentation of what you are paying for, why the service was needed, and recommendations if we notice anything that should be brought to your attention. I thrive on creating great customer relationships, the science behind automotive engineering and utilizing modern technology to bring it all together.

    My Honda Odyssey transmission started slipping and these guys gave me an honest quote over the phone that was far cheaper than any other shop out there. I have received quotes ranging from $2,200-$4,500 for my transmission rebuild but these guys had it done for me out the door for less than $2,000 and it came with a 2 year/24,000 miles warranty! That is 1 year longer than what Honda would even give me! I am extremely pleased that they had several transmissions for my Honda ready to go so the turn-around time where I had to be without my vehicle is only 4 days! Once I realized they do more than just transmissions these guys have definitely earned my business!
