I have been having my Lincoln Navigator serviced at another Ford/Lincoln dealer in the area and i was very unhappy with the way i was treated, as a woman. At San Francisco Ford I was treated with respect and intelligence. I went to their sales division on Van Ness Ave and found that the service is actually in another part of town, but they took my information on Van Ness, delivered my car to their service dept and when it was done, they returned it to Van Ness Ave for a more convienient pick up location for me. I was given a ride to my work and when the car was repaired it was returned to me clean..they had washed my car. i am so happy with the service i got at San Francisco Ford, and my service writer there, because he listened to me, and what my problems were with the car and for treating me with dignity, which at most service depts does not happen. i also felt that their prices were within reason for the type of car i have and what i had been paying for repairs at another dealer.

This was my first time here the people there are so nice and take the time to make sure I understand about what there doing on my car and that whats great about the people here they rember its my car no high pressure sales and the car was done when they said it would be and the price was fair I checked the price and found them to only be a few bucks more then the guy I used to go to they also gave me this cool card that i get points on to save me money the next time these guys are fast fair and honest They even took me to work and picked me up so I could get me car which is running great after the service they did.
