From the time that I drove up to get my oil changed I was greeted with a smile and pleasant light conversation, then entering the waiting area they provide free coffee and I am able to watch TV while I wait but the wait is never long, then when I go to pay the ladies are so friendly and very helpful, which makes for a wonderful experience and I would recommend to all of my family and friends.
Lack of customer service skills. Give the run around to much. People walking around like if they are too busy to help and don't want to be bothered front desk ladies are rude. Plus the appointments are always messed up that they can't find your appointment as if you never made one. Still waiting on a part for my seatbelt was told it would take about 7 to 10 days its been passed that. Plus my car I know and feel something is wrong with it and they keep making me feel like I'm crazy.. Since I about a week after I purchased the car it started to make a noise that is a brake pad issue they don't know when it will get fixed told me that that's basically how the car was made. Plus when I'm driving my car it pulls to the right they said there is nothing wrong with it. I just feel like I made a mistake I don't think I would ever purchase another dodge much less from that dealership! Lastly, the amount of time it takes to service a vehicle is terrible. No one gives you an update as to what's going on or how much longer it will be. When I made the appointment I would like to be told it would be a 6 hour job I live an 1:20 minutes (depending in traffic) away it was horrible ...this isn't the first time they did this (saying that didn't have an appointment when i did and taking that long to finish the servicing).
I think that the service could be streamlined. I came in for an oil change and mentioned when I made my appointment that there were other items that needed to be looked at. I got the oil changed then they said I would have to put my truck in line again to have the tire pressure light looked at. I explained that I had just replaced the two back tires and that the pressure light would not turn off. The Tech where I got the tires said it may be the computer system. Instead of waiting again, I departed without the issue resolved.
