My clutch is geting bad, I just replaced it few months ago, along with the sleve cylinder& the Master clutch cylinder,as well, but the mechanic told the happens due to the type of clutch that I bougth,that I need to replace it with a better one, is this true?

Like they say, "You get what you pay for". I don't know how the new part is failing, but some of these aftermarket part suppliers will build the parts to a much lower standard than the original manufacturer, and sometimes this is what happens.
I would check with Kragen and the part manufacturer and see if the have a warranty on the part.
