Discovered this shop via Repairpal while looking to have a stuck open t-stat fixed on my Nissan Altima during 2010 winter. This is relatively new compared to shops in the area and is run by a professional team. I took the car in, after hearing my description of problem and asking lots of questions to confirm it is indeed a broken t-stat I was given an estimate of costs for replacement of t-stat & two radiator hoses (that are original & came with the car 10 yr ago). The estimate appeared reasonable, all inclusive (parts, labor, taxes, shop supplies etc) about $180. The work was done quickly while I waited. A satisfactory job for a fair price.
But a week later, the cabin blower is putting out just warm air in the highest of heat setting and the temperature gauge is showing high. I suspected the work was not done right and called the shop. I was given an immediate appointment and the cause is diagnosed to be insufficient coolant due to a leaking radiator hose (was replaced in the first visit). The bad hose was replaced, at no cost, with another brand's part. Also a burned out tail lamp was replaced at no cost, for the inconvenience (which was not due to their work but a bad part). A year later all is well with the t-stat.
I was looking for a quality shop with fair prices and focus for customer service. My above experience with them fit my requirements. Their willingness to quick identify and resolve the problem in my second visit convinced me they want to keep a customer happy and they stand behind their work with warranty for 1 yr/12,000. I will try them again for my next repair serviceFlag ThisLike | 1 person likes this1
