One or more seat belt retractors may fail, causing the belt not to retract properly.

General Motore will notify owners of affected vehicles beginning January 24, 2005. If you are experiencing problems with your seat belts, or you don't receive notification and you feel you should have, please contact your dealer. It's helpful to have your vehicle identification number (VIN) when you call.

The seat backrest mechanism may not have been installed correctly. In a crash, this could result in the backrest folding forward, increasing the risk of injury to the driver or front passenger.
