Saab 9-3 Recalls

RepairPal Expert Overview:

The seat backrest mechanism may not have been installed correctly. In a crash, this could result in the backrest folding forward, increasing the risk of injury to the driver or front passenger. Dealers will inspect the vehicle's front seats to verify if the component was installed improperly. The dealer may need to order a complete new seat to repair the concern. The recall began February 1, 2004. The Saab recall number is 15014.
