If you are experiencing engine stalling and/or hesitation, or you don't receive notification and you feel you should have, please contact your dealer. It's helpful to have your vehicle identification number (VIN) when you call.
The engine management system software may cause the engine to hesitate on acceleration and/or stall. If the engine were to stall as a result of this issue, it can be restarted immediately. Dealers will update the engine management system software to correct this concern. The General Motors recall number is 15419.

Summary: ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES, THE ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOFTWARE MAY CAUSE ENGINE HESITATION OR STALLING.
Consequence: IF THE VEHICLE STALLS AS A RESULT OF THIS CONDITION, IT CAN BE RESTARTED IMMEDIATELY.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL UPDATE THE ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. OWNERS MAY CONTACT SAAB AT 1-800-955-9007.
