  I have a 1997 ford explorer that got a factory recall for the cruise control, After looking around. I found Rush Truck centers of Colorado. I took it there and the fix seemed to take 20 minutes, I thought that was great, Till I tested the repair and was surprised that the cruise control did not work at all anymore. I called them to see if they could look at it again. I waited 2 hours, They told me they had hooked it up to the on-board computer. They had determined that the factory fix was not the problem but I had to pay 80 dollars for them to look at it again. The cruise control was working perfectly before I took it there. They said I had to pay a hour labor. I have no doubts in my mind that the mechanic did not sit there for a hour while they were getting the computer results. It just does not make sense. I would not recommend using this company for any repairs or factory recalls.

  After speaking to the service manager, they went ahead and reversed the charge. I will continue using them because all is right now.
