Probably the EGR cooler has failed but it also could be a bad head gasket, need to have a qualified tech troubleshoot this because you don't want to waste money on unnecessary repairs This is from common problem page The cooler for the EGR valve can leak internally, which causes white smoke to come from the tail pipe. Hot exhaust gases are cooled by the EGR cooler before being circled back into the engine.
