running rough on 2003 Dodge Ram 1500

i replaced the o2 sensors and plugs an wires and the check engine light is still on it says 1/1 o2sensor high voltage to circuit what else could be wrong

it depends. if it is a heater circuit, you may have replaced the correct sensor, there are 4 sensors, 2 upstream and 2 downstream, but the circuit is protected by a heater fuse which may have blown in the process. Roy

Where is the heater fuse and is it hard to change? What I mean is, is it in the fuse box in the engine or is it an inline fuse?

it is in the fuse box. if it was blown, more than one heater would not be working. Roy
