Running lights out on right side on 2000 Chrysler Town & Country

The running lights are out on the Right side. Turn signals and break lights work. There is no power to the tail light plug.

Check the fuse #3, and if it's OK, then you will need a wiring diagram to diagnose the circuit for the running lights.

Someone from RepairPal had sent me a diagram for the lighting. My left tail light was out. By help from the diagram I found the fuse that was bad, it was loc. under the driver side dash. Thank you so much for your help and time.
