2002 Chevrolet Camaro Question: running a little lean

My fuel trims have gone lean over time. I have cleaned the maf sensor and checked the fuel pressure and it's good.

    What is the long term & short term numbers?

    The long trims are + 6-10 while crusing. The short trims for the driverside can go up to + 12 for a sec. The long trims used to read - while crusing.
