2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette Question: rumbling vibration in dash & steering wheel when in drive with foot on brake

you cannot hear any vibration from the front when you open the hood

    poss warped frt rotors. does steering wheel shudders while braking

    no but it has a grinding moaning sound when stopping.

    I can sometimes hear the rumbling vibration when idling but definitely when stopped at a light with my foot on the brake

    ok that makes sense ck your motor mounts they could be sagging or broken and the motor is sitting on the metal part of mount and causing vibration

    Thank you having it checked again right now. Everything was fine.

    The check engine light has been on, could a bad sensor cause these symptoms?
