Rubbing noise on 1996 Dodge Dakota

When I drive the car on the freeway at 70 to 75 mph I hear a rubbing noise coming from the front left area of the car. What might be causing this noise?

every time i drive my 1998 dodge dakota sport when taking a right hand turn, i get a rubbing sound/feeling on the right front side of the truck.
IN 4WD MY TRUCK STEERS HARD AND MAKES NOISE, IT IS A MECHANICAL NOISE, A THUMP, OR A RUB. THE TRUCK ONLY HAD 29054 MILES ON IT WHEN I BOUGHT IT, 64,599 NOW. I NEVER USED THE 4WD UNTIL THIS WINTER.
