RPM Problem on 1991 Chrysler LeBaron

I have a 1991 Chrysler LeBaron Convertible - had the speedometer fixed, however the RPMS still do not work - the needle doesn't move. Has electronic timer - any ideas as to how to fix? Thank you

Did the Tachometer work before replacing the Speedometer? If Yes, have technician check instrument cluster connectors, If No, this can have multiple reasons for the Tachometer being inoperative. Defective Tachometer, defective instrument cluster circuit board, Powertrain Control Module (PCM), wiring and or connectors, engine speed sensor.
