Schedule an oil change for my Mercedes M-350. Was completed earlier than promised and at about half the price charged by the dealer.
Arriving based on suggestion from the previous day from desk clerk to come in the next morning as soon as the shop opens to have my car worked on quicker I did just that. Arrived at 7:30 am and was quickly checked in and told about a 40-55 minute diagnostic time frame. 3 hours from the point I had arrived and had my car checked in with only one other guest inside at the time I had still heard nothing from the crew. Finally I ask what the status of my car was and being curious of why it was taking much longer than expected and found out that my car was being taken for a test drive that I was not told about. Understandable that it needs it to find the problem but with no communication at that point it was quite aggravating to find that out while my car was out. 30 minutes from that point I was told that the main reason I came in ( low coolant light ) did not exist in my car when turning the car on. Showed the crew that it was indeed there by actually looking for it, and went back inside. At that point all I was told was that they were testing the coolant pressure and that was all. When I had checked my car in initially I had stated that if there was time to check why my headlight wasn't working that would be great. At the point in time of showing the crew the light, it had still not been done. Roughly 30 minutes later Im told that the work has been finished ( still with no checking in or suggestions or anything) and that they would check me out up front. They had also mentioned that they checked my low tire light and found that there was a nail in one of my tires. The crew patched said tire without my knowledge or consent and voided an agreement I had with sears auto for all 4 of my tires. The crew did comp that specific service due to failure of communication and affirmation of preforming said service, but my voided agreement with sears still stands. After being there for 4 hours at this point I was told that I was paying for my headlight that was fixed (which was fine but also not acknowledged before preforming said service.) and the diagnostic for the coolant. Just short about 100$ and told that no solution for the problem was found I was incredibly upset and wasted my time. While the crew was polite and courteous, I will unfortunately never be taking my car there again. My coolant light close to an hour after I left the shop and still currently came back on, but unfortunately I had work and could not take my car back and wait. My suggestion to the team at this location is regardless if its annoying or tedious or repetitive, check with your client about any changes or developments in the process to their comprehension.
I'll always be hesitant coming in for a random issue knowing I'm always going to spend the $120 just on a diagnostic fee, which most of the time does not apply to the repair. I also spent over $100 on part/labor for an O-Ring seal on my oil filter...which supposedly was causing a ton of oil leaking despite my driveway not having any oil leaks on it. My main issue of idling was resolved...so that's good.
I love RPM I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

I knew I had something wrong with the front end They were quick in diagnosing the problem, fix it and made sure my vehicle was ready for my 600 +mile trip.
Overall I was happy with the service provided, but we did experience some delays which resulted in me having to wait and pick up my vehicle the following day. I was also overcharged but the gentleman at the front desk was great and quickly resolved the mistake by giving me a check for the for the amount I was overcharged.
As usual RPM did a great job on my repair. They were courteous and kept me in the loop as to the progress and cost of my repair.
The last experience did not leave me with the impression that recommendations for repairs were in my best interest. I have dealt with Sean and Tommy for many, many years and they are outstanding. I trust them. This was someone new.

The alignment on my son's vehicle was way out of alignment and we had RPM realign the wheels after we purchased new tires. The repair was handled quickly and professionally and the total cost was very reasonable.

They were great! They identified a problem that was covered under an "extended add-on warranty" from the manufacturer and told me to bring it to the dealership because the repair would be free there. Perfect... honest.
Every time I would spend a ton of money on my daughter's car something else would break. Also charged me 250.00 dollars for front breaks only, not even turning the rotors on a Honda Accord with 26,000 miles on it. Then said they would not warranty it if anything went wrong because they did not turn the breaks which by the way did not need it. They said the reason for the high cost was because they were ceramic. Ceramic breaks for my 2014 Corvette Z51 package was only 100.00 for the fronts and that's with triple piston Brembo breaks! That was the straw that broke the camels back so to speak. Now I tell all my friends of my experience.

I love RPM. I have had work done at 2 different locations from simple oil changes to complete break job! There have been opportunities for them to tell me that I needed more work than I did and over charge but they did not! they have honored coupons, they give back to my local school and the guys are always polite and professional.
