Engine misfires (rough running) and lack of power are commonly caused by ignition coil pack or ignition module faults. Proper diagnoses should isolate the cause and prevent unnecessary replacement of good parts.

My 2006 S65 AMG after starting idled rough. Restarted it was still rough I tried to drive it I could not get it above 20-30MPH. It went away. Every so often it will show up and check engine light will come on. It seems to do it more in the summer
