When the engine is cold, it runs rough and hesitates when accelerating. After about 15 min. of driving it keeps getting better and eventually is pretty normal. The plugs, wires and coil have been replaced. There are no codes other that battery disconnected in last 50 starts.

Check your thermostat for proper operation, and if possible check your coolant temp sensor to see if it is reading the temp with in range. Check all of your vacuum hoses as well for broken, cracked or split hoses which will cause a vacuum leak. A sluggish O2 sensor can also contribute to this.
