Idling,jerking at stol lights,stop signs,when i press the gas the RPM's go up to 4 and hesitant to go at time of pressing gas just did oil change,spark plugs replaced,spark plugs wire only 2 unsure what it could be i need advice..
when ever i put gas in my car and only at this time after i m done putting gas in and i go to start my car it does not start right away it takes a few tries...every single time.
Engine vibrates when stopped in gear. Sometimes I feel hesitation when leaving from a stop. Gas mileage is down. New plugs and could have been installed. The intermittent vibration persists. I'll be having the dealer put in a new egr switching valve this week.
I have a 2001 Hyundai Santa fe.it's skipping and running ruff to it start then about 50 miles it stops then later on that day it's does it all over again.. What is causing this....."Not the spark plug"
Rough idling for a few minutes. Then it seems to smooth out after "getting used to the change in weather."
Rough idle when engine is cold.
My Sante Fe also has a very rough idle but haven't had it diagnosed yet.
EGR valve was replaced and still having the same issues and car is randomly breaking down at stop lights and signs.
my eco light flashes then goes off and motor runs rough when at a idel for stop sign or red light the gas milage is so poor about 10 miles per gallon. the rpms stay around 2.5 and jump to 3.5 if you excelerate as to pass a car the rpms go as high as 6 and never come down pass 3.5 ??? the shop changed the throttle body stating this was the issue but i believe there are more than this .I think the shift tronic is the issue. i requested they change the egr switch seeing the car is still under warrantee but they were sure the throttle body was the answer so we will see in a day or so once i get my car back from shop if not it goes back and they will continue to play hit and miss till they find the problem untill then i drive a brand new fully loaded 6 cly santa fe as a loaner Beautiful car nice ride love it

I change valves onmy 2.7l hyundai santa fe due to timing belt broke got it all back together and it has a miss could it be the egr canister purge control valve
replaced egr hose check engine light went off
This has been a reliable car - we got it at 26,000 used from the dealer, but I tend to have the same problem during warm weather. I have been using a fuel conditioner just to keep it running smoothly. I thought it was the ERG valve, but I had it changed today and still have the same problem. Going to have the fuel filter checked next.
Same problem. They bypassed my egr :(
Car feels like its going to stall at stop lights and red lights as well as a hesitation after taking off. Car RPM's drop down to what appear to be about 500 when issue happens.

Misses underload. When I restart...runs fine until idling under load or backing up.
2015 Santa Fe shutters after it has been come to a stop and been in idle for at least 10 seconds. It's covered in warranty so we'll be taking it in to the dealership.
