My 94 LHS 82000 miles has a rough idle when you get past idle engine smooths out and runs fine gas milege is @21 mpg. Timing belt was changed @65000.miles. Vehicle has been maintained; plugs, filters etc. Never had any of manufactures recalls completed, is it to late to get them done, is there a time limit on recalls. Im the orignal owner.

MasterTry the MAF sensor, Fuel Filter, Air Filter, Check tire Pressures for Better MPG about the rough idle there was a service bulletin in 1993 about the idle air control motor maybe that's your problem.
