Question: rough idle

 Rookie

my alternator went out and i replaced it and now when running air condition car misses and have loss of power when driving like it boggs down also when air is off seems to miss and hesitate?changed fuel filter and spark plugs not showing any codes on computer diagnostics at advanced auto parts store?looks like plug wires have been changed and are in good condition?someone said possible coil pack?thanks for any HELP!!!!

    If this happened right after replacing the alternator then double check everything you removed during that repair, maybe there is a hose or wire that was left disconnected.
