I was very impressed with the service. I had a sunroof fail and got a range of prices over the phone for what would likely be wrong, vs the dealer who wouldn't hazard a guess. Once at Ron's, they quickly determined what was wrong, showed me a similar failure in a vehicle they were currently repairing, and an estimate within the range I heard over the phone. They also replaced the headliner which was about 17 years old at a very reasonable cost, and found and repaired a poor antenna connection... and I finally found out why that used car I bought didn't have good radio reception.I am extremely pleased with the service and the repair.

I was upset at first. He changed my starter and two days later the thing was dead. I took it back to him, he had it a whole week to figure it out. Apparently, the brand new starter had a bad solenoid in it. He changed the solenoid and it works fine. I don't know whether I had a bad starter or a bad solenoid. He costs me more money than a dealership. That is with a thirty dollar discount and it still costs me more than a dealership. I will go to the dealership if something goes wrong. I wasn't too satisfied. I don't mind paying the money, as long as it fixes the problem.

As we tell all of our customer up front before the car is ever brought into the shop is that there is a diagnosis fee. If you choose to do the repairs with us then we do not charge you the diagnosis fee but if you decide not to we do have to charge you for our technicians time for looking at the car and identifying the issue that you came in for.

They evaluate problems accurately with a repair cost estimate in a timely fashion. Explain needed repairs and answers questions to customers satisfaction. Keeps customer updated on repair progress and any additional repair work needed, and the priority of that work. Very pleased with every aspect of service!
